Meet the Board!

Co-Presidents
The Co-Presidents work together to lead the PTO by running meetings, setting agendas, supporting committees, and helping decisions move forward. They make sure the PTO runs smoothly, step in when needed, and work closely with the treasurer and school leadership to support students, families, and staff.

Vice-President
The Vice-President of projects acts as an aide to the Co-Presidents and organizes and runs all fundraising projects.

Erin McDonough
Parliamentarian
The Parliamentarian serves on the Executive Board in an advisory capacity, oversees the By-laws, and doesn't have the right to vote on matters before the Executive Board.

Treasurer
The Treasurer receives and disburses all funds of the PTO, keeping accurate records of all receipts and expenditures. They maintain all Bank Accounts and file taxes yearly.

Ashley Spurlock
Recording Secretary
The Recording Secretary records minutes of all PTO meetings and PTO board meetings. They keep permanent records of all minutes and record attendance of at the PTO board and membership at meetings.

Corresponding Secretary
The Corresponding Secretary shares correspondence of the PTO by updating the PTO website and social media sites.
